US CUSTOMERS: If for some reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, new and unused vaultcurio purchased from vaultcurio.shop can be returned free of charge within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, unless the product is noted as final sale. Any shipping charges from the original order will not be refunded. Please visit our Returns Dashboard to initiate your return automatically. Refund is subject to confirmation of returned product received and processed at our warehouse.
If returning outside the 30 day window, please reach out to wave@vaultcurio.shop for valid address to ship to and further instructions.
vaultcurio only accepts returns of product purchased from vaultcurio.shop. All returns of orders placed through other retailers can only be authorized through and returned to those retailers. All vaultcurio items eligible for returns unless stated as final sale.
